By accessing or using Arivio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO USE ARIVIO. Use of this application by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post on Arivio. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Arivio maintains a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, hate speech, explicit imagery, or any form of bullying.

We reserve the right to:

Remove any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these terms.
Take immediate action against users who violate these policies, including permanent account termination without prior notice.

4. Leafy Store and Virtual Goods

Arivio offers virtual currency called "Leafy" for certain features. Purchases of Leafy are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the policies of the App Store. Leafy has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
